St Joseph’s College in Coomera, Queensland, is set to expand to accommodate the growth of their learning community. We are excited to share that the construction of the project will be delivered by Wiley.
The project includes four new buildings and a new carpark. The buildings consist of GLA’s, science room, dance and drama rooms, music practice rooms dedicated sensory learning area’s for music, food tech, IDT and art, a library, an amphitheatre and student amenities.
Wiley will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure construction is coordinated to provide a safe environment for students, staff and construction workers, to minimise disruption to daily school operations. Wiley’s experienced delivery team has completed over $150m worth of education projects. We will be working with the school on a day-to-day basis to minimise disruption.

We are also looking forward to working with Macksey Rush Architects and local subcontractors on the project.”
St Joseph’s expansion is due to come to completion mid-December 2020.
